Simple Ideas-Big Bang for your Buck:

As budgets become an ever increasing factor in the creative and production elements that go into an event, we have found some very cost effective, yet creative ways to enhance your event. Some ideas include:

• Staging-use very simple scrim or stretched fabric to create a staging environment that can easily change its’ look with lighting. You can also project custom gobos with your company logo, theme or corporate sponsors onto the fabric to add the extra touch.
• Award Show Video- Make your top award winners feel special -create a 1 minute video for the presentation of your #1 sales rep or manager award. This can simply be shot the day before the event, at the hotel or facility where the event takes place, and edited in a few hours.
• Live presentations-change your lectern style presentation into a Talk show style format. Create a talk show environment on stage with a simple desk, chair, guest chairs and signage. . Designate one of your better presenters as the talk show host, or hire a local talent for the day. Have this person do a monologue about the company, perhaps a Top Ten list, and then invite other presenters to become a guest on the show.
• Use local talent-bands, choirs, cheerleaders and dance troupes for opening revelry. They are very cost effective and usually go all out for the chance to perform at your event.
