Video/ DVD/Multi-Media Presentations

From initial concepts to final editing, we can create and produce video, DVD,CD and multi-media presentations that will convey your messages and meet your overall needs and budget. From corporate image pieces, to new product intros, sales training, awards presentations, general session support, interactive media, etc., we will work with you to produce an exciting and appropriate presentation that is also cost effective. Music and Entertainment/Speakers

The right talent can be an integral part of your event-whether it is a major entertainer, keynote speaker, or a local band or actor. We can help you select the appropriate talent, then negotiate their contract and provide their on-site production requirements, including staging, equipment rental, backup orchestras, transportation and special requirements.

Corporate Theater/Dance

Live cast presentations are a very effective and fun way to present your message-from custom song and dance routines to humorous scenarios and interactive presentations. We can provide all of the elements to create a live cast presentation-from scripting, casting and choreography to overall stage direction.

Speaker Support/Graphic Creation/Scripting

The most effective presentations require some type of speaker support-whether it be computer generated or multi-image. We can provide complete graphic support services, including design, production and on-site computer operation. And if the speech just isn’t flowing, we can help. We also provide scripting and editing services for executive presentations that might just need an objective perspective.

As budgets become an ever increasing factor in the creative and production elements that go into an event, we have found some very cost effective, yet creative ways to enhance your event. Some ideas include:

»	Staging - use very simple scrim or stretched fabric to create a staging environment that can easily change its' look with lighting. You can also project custom gobos with your company logo, theme or corporate sponsors onto the fabric to add the extra touch.
»	Award Show Video - make your top award winners feel special -create a 1 minute video for the presentation of your #1 sales rep or manager award. This can simply be shot the day before the event, at the hotel or facility where the event takes place, and edited in a few hours.
»	Live presentations - change your lectern style presentation into a Talk show style format. Create a talk show environment on stage with a simple desk, chair, guest chairs and signage. . Designate one of your better presenters as the talk show host, or hire a local talent for the day. Have this person do a monologue about the company, perhaps a Top Ten list, and then invite other presenters to become a guest on the show.
»	Use local talent-bands, choirs, cheerleaders and dance troupes for opening revelry. They are very cost effective and usually go all out for the chance to perform at your event.
